Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flinq Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot (the "Agent"), provided by Flinq Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Agent, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Requirements

To use the Agent, you must:

• Have an active Flinq account with valid credentials
• Have a Microsoft 365 subscription with access to Microsoft Copilot
• Be authorised by your organisation to access the Flinq data available through the Agent

3. Permitted Use

The Agent is provided to help you query and retrieve financial data from your Flinq account through natural language conversation in Microsoft Copilot. You may use the Agent for legitimate business purposes consistent with your Flinq account permissions.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other Flinq clients or workspaces
• Use the Agent to circumvent access controls or permissions
• Share authentication tokens or credentials with unauthorised parties
• Use automated systems to make excessive requests through the Agent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Agent

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: The Agent uses artificial intelligence to interpret your queries and present financial data. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated summaries and interpretations may not be 100% accurate
• The Agent presents data from your Flinq account but the AI may paraphrase or summarise it
• Always verify critical financial data directly within your Flinq application
• The Agent is not a substitute for professional financial advice

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Agent available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Agent depends on:

• Your Flinq instance being operational
• Microsoft 365 Copilot being available
• The Flinq gateway service (app.flinq.io) being accessible

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, including Microsoft.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation for Flinq services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on data retrieved through the Agent

8. Intellectual Property

The Agent, including its design, instructions, and implementation, is the intellectual property of Flinq Ltd. Your financial data remains your property at all times.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Agent at any time by removing it from your Copilot settings or asking your administrator to uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate access to the Agent if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your Flinq account is suspended or terminated
• We discontinue the Agent (with reasonable notice)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Agent after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
